Refunds will be processed, minus original postage costs, using the same method of payment. Once your items are received, you will receive a confirmation email. On receipt of this email you can expect refunds to be processed within a 10 day time frame.
Exchanges will be posted at no additional cost to yourself, if full price paid, once the original item has been received.
