To secure your booking, we collect your name, phone number, email address and, for home visits, your home address. This information is stored securely by Acuity Scheduling. We also collect your name and email address when you sign up for our monthly newsletter. We use a third-party provider, Constant Contact, to deliver these newsletters. We gather statistics around email openings and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. We will never rent or trade mailing lists with other organisations or businesses. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us. If you register your interest in one of our pop-up events via the website, we collect your email address in order to contact you about the event. This information is deleted once the pop-up has taken place.

This helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve their experience.
