I absolutely loved my conversation with Jo on the How Does She Do It podcast. We start off as Sam opens up about her 15 years in corporate and financial PR, and the struggle for balance she came to face after returning from maternity leave - feeling pulled in two directions and unable to give her best either at work or at home. We learn that as a result, it was during her second maternity leave that Sam made the bold decision to leave corporate life, even without a clear plan for what came next.
