At CeCe & Me, we’re building something more than a business. We’re creating a movement that puts children’s foot health first and gives families calm, expert support at a stage that really matters.
We’re a growing network of like-minded parents, running businesses that work around family life, while making a genuine difference in our local communities. With comprehensive training in children’s foot health and shoe fitting, our franchisees help parents feel confident they’re doing the best for their children, and play a part in keeping lots of little feet healthy, now and into the future.
I’m Sam and ten years ago, I was exactly where many of our franchisees start.
Like so many parents, I felt frustrated and uneasy every time I bought shoes for my daughters. I knew instinctively that what they wore on their feet mattered, but I couldn’t find anyone who made me feel confident I was getting it right. The focus always seemed to be on making a sale, not on understanding my child, their feet or what they really needed.
So I decided to do something about it.
I retrained as a children’s shoe fitter, driven by the belief that parents deserve calm, expert guidance and children deserve shoes that genuinely support healthy development. That drive and commitment has never waivered. Over the years I’ve continued to learn... about feet, footwear, biomechanics and how to build a business that’s rooted in care.
The journey hasn’t always been smooth, but it has been incredibly rewarding. CeCe & Me has grown into the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done because every fitting, every conversation and every franchisee helps more families feel confident and more little feet grow strong and healthy.
And now, I want to help you experience that same sense of purpose, building something meaningful, for yourself and for your community.

As parents, we understand how overwhelming shopping with young children can be, especially when it comes to shoes, where getting the fit right really matters.
That’s why our focus is on creating a calm, convenient experience, with time to slow things down, talk through the options, answer questions and help families feel confident they’re making the right choice for their child’s feet.
This thoughtful, flexible approach works for customers, and it works for us too. By supporting children during the earliest stages of foot development, we’re able to work primarily during school hours, keep overheads low and run businesses that fit around family life.
There's a real need across the UK, with so many communities no longer having easy access to expert children’s shoe fitting.

What does it mean to be a CeCe & Me franchisee?
It means running a business that’s your own, but never feeling like you’re doing it alone.
From the very beginning, you’ll be supported with a proven business model, comprehensive training and ongoing guidance, so you can focus on building confidence in yourself and delivering a calm, expert service to families in your area.
You’ll have the flexibility to work around your other commitments, with the backing of a collaborative, supportive network of franchisees who share ideas, experiences and encouragement.
No previous experience is needed. You’ll complete a CPD-accredited training programme in children’s foot health and shoe fitting, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to offer genuinely expert advice and care.
Behind the scenes, the foundations are already in place. You’ll have:

As the network grows, we grow together, sharing skills, learning from one another and continually improving the service we offer to families and little feet across the UK.
What are you looking for in a franchisee?
You don’t need retail or shoe-fitting experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What really matters is a genuine passion for helping children and an interest in their health and development.
You’ll be working closely with children and their families, so patience, kindness and the ability to adapt in the moment are essential. Every appointment is different and that’s part of what makes the work so rewarding.
It’s a sociable, community-based role, so being organised and comfortable chatting with parents will really help you thrive.
This is a hands-on business. You’ll be on your feet, carrying stock and spending time at ground level, so a good level of general fitness is important.
You’ll need a full, clean driving licence and your own car (ideally a larger one, there are a lot of shoes involved!).
Above all, we’re looking for people with a positive, can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the determination to build something meaningful for themselves and their community.
